2022 플래쉬 규정

플래쉬 행사는 코로나의 예상치 못한 상황에 따라 언제든 취소될 수 있습니다.

• 플래쉬 팀원 명단과 코스 제출 : 4월 7일
• 참가비 납부 마감(팀당 9만원) : 4월 8일
• 팀원 추가 및 변경 시한 : 4월 13일. 이 후 팀원 1~2명의 추가나 변경은 가능합니다만, Jan boonstra 회장에게 즉시 알려줘야 합니다.
• 팀장은 모든 팀원의 플래쉬 카드를 택배로 받게 됩니다.(4월 21일까지) 회원정보에서 자신의 주소를 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.
• 팀장님들을 위한 진행 상세 규칙은 이메일을 통해 4월 15일 전에 전달 될 예정입니다.

코로나 바이러스의 확산 방지를 위해 올해는 특별 규정이 적용됩니다.

1. 모든 참가자는 최소 두번의 백신 접종을 완료하여야 합니다.(출발일 기준 접종 완료 14일 경과되어야 함.)
2. 함께 모여 하는 시상식과 회식은 없습니다.
3. 운암MTB로 드롭백을 보낼 수 없습니다.
4. 피니쉬 후 오래 머물지 않고 떠나 주시기 바랍니다.
5. 각 팀은 선택에 성공한시간에 출발합니다. 출발시간은 4/23일 6, 7, 8, 9, 10시 입니다.
6. 각 팀의 캡틴들은 홈페이지에서 원하는 출발시간을 신청할 수 있습니다. 방법은 100주년 메달신청과 동일합니다. 신청시간은 4/11일 0시입니다. 캡틴이 아닌 다른 멤버가 신청시 그 신청은 취소됩니다.

Rules for the 2022 flèche event

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the flèche can be canceled at any time.

• Submitting fleche teams and course proposal: April 7.
• Payment of the fee of 90,000 won per team: April 8.
• Adding or changing team members: April 13. After April 13, until the start on April 23, it is only possible to change or add 1 or 2 team members. Jan Boonstra must be informed immediately.
• The team captain will receive the fleche cards for each team member by postal parcel, latest on April 21. Please make sure your postal address is correct in the database on the website.
• Detailed instructions for the team captains will be sent by email before April 15.

To reduce the risk of spreading the Corona virus, this year there will be special rules in place:

1. All participants need to be at least double vaccinated against the Corona virus.
2. There will be no joint celebration lunch.
3. A dropbag service as in 2019 and before, is not possible.
4. Teams are kindly requested to leave the finish location not long after arrival.
5. Teams start on a fixed starting time, which can be 6, 7, 8, 9 or 10 am on April 23.
6. The team captain can apply for the starting time of his team on the website. The procedure is the same as for the centenary medal and starts on April 11th, 0:00 (=April 10th, 24:00). If the application is done by someone who is not a team captain, the application will be canceled.
