예향의 도시 목포를 출발하여 무안, 나주, 영암, 해남의 다섯 개 시군 관광지를 둘러보며 맛과 멋을 즐길 수 있는 코스입니다.
코스가 승리 (Victory)의 "V"자를 닮았으며, 충무공 이순신 장군의 전력지였던 목포 고하도와 해남 우수영이 포함되어 있어 이름을 "충무공의 승리"로 지었습니다.
 
This course starts from Mokpo and travels along five tourist spots in Muan, Naju, Yeongam and Haenam.
The course shape is similar to Victory's "V" and includes Mokpo Gohado and Haenam Usuyeong, which were the strongholds of Admiral Chungmugong Lee Sun-shin.
